You may need to find a Reader's Profile: for instance, to award a prize to a Reader.  You can search for a specific reader by using the Setup Menu > Readers menu item.

Each Reader record links to the parent/family user account so you can find contact information for each reader. In addition, you can click Manage to view any Reader's individual Profile.
